Lucid Dreaming | How to lucid dream very easy..

Okay its very simple and even my first LD's happened like that.

1. at night just go sleep normal sleep u know 6-8-10 hours however u like.
2. when you wake up go to work or do something for 2-3 hours
3. when you are done just go back home and sit for a bit on your pc or in the kitchen maybe eat something watch tv etc
4. now go and take a nap, with the intentions that you wanna Lucid Dream.

why its easy? because taking naps after a long sleep period and a break that you did when you were at work or anywhere it keept you active and u got abit tired when you came back home, so you wanted to relax/ eat watch tv for like a hour or half and you just go and take a nap with the intentions to lucid.

u just lay in bed, in any comfy position you like (on your back its best) and just sleep and be like ok now im ready to have some luciid dreams and u will suddenly
fall asleep and maybe not fully sleep but u might wake up back u know when you are about to sleep and u realise it and u wake up? dont move when u wake up so your body is still fully relaxed then just close ur eyes and keep thinking about your next dream or something, and suddenly you should wake up in your dream somewhere in your room or whereever your mind imagined and boom you are consciouss and ready for it, itsn ot easy to stabilize it but try to do things in dream like push ups, jumps, even flips, play with ur hands random objects etc, untill your image gets clear and there u go.
