As I understand, to dield from a non lucid is not as easy as doing it from a lucid dream as in a lucid dream you can tell when you are going to wake up, hense prepare yourself to keep still / eyes closed.
Anyways, just a random thought looking for somefeedback please. I have just got an iwatch which is strapped my my wrist like 27/7. Although im the first person i know to own one im sure in 12 months even my per monkey will have one! (hope not, that would mean i would have to buy a pet monkey first)
So i understand if feed back is minimal as i dont expect anyone to have tried this
So i have an app which is an alarm that gently vibrates for 10 seconds and then switches off automatically. This means that after my wbtb, i can set it for about 1 hour into my late sleep shedule when im normally in rem. Once it goes off it will gently rouse me from a dream and i will be able to keep still and perform a dield
During the day i could train myself with this technique by getting an app that randomly sets of the vibrating alarm and then each time i could perform a 'keep still' with a thought of 're-enter dream' mantra etc
So is this idea good or is there a fundemental flaw that im missing
