I have been practising ADA (all day awareness) for about 2 months now...i tend to forget to do it in my spare time but always remember to do it when at work and when walking the dogs.Im wondering for all you masters or people that are quiet experienced at ADA....how long was it till u saw an increase in your LD count....im still on 1 LD a week and have been since i started....i tend to mainly rely on DILDs as they are where most my LDs occur.When it comes to ADA i would say i do an hour a day sometimes 2 depending on the day...i wish i could do it to the point where its not something i havrto think about but rather something that comes natural...maybe thats my answer? Eneways im looking forward to replys =)
