Its been like this for 5 months.
Each morning I try to remember all my dreams of last night and I usually remember 2 or 3, I write them down about 1 or 2 times a week.
I make at least 25 reality checks every day, also each time I wake up.
I practice WBTB each night, I set the alarm for 5 hours and stay awake from 10 to 20 minutes.
All this has granted me with at least one lucid dream a week for the past 3 months (mostly WILD or DEILD) but I want to progress, I want to increase the rate of lucid dreams a week. How can I achieve this? Also, in these 5 months only one of my lucid dreams was reality check induced (where I randomly decided to make a reality check). Thanks for reading.
