I have mentioned numerous times about the rising tensions between the United States and Russia. Now a series of “events” with China have occurred including China busting the US spying on them.

This past weekend my wife graduated from a .22LR pistol to a 9mm. She did very well. I am hoping we can shoot as often as possible Saturday mornings to get her very comfortable with it – and proficient. She also pulled the trigger on one of my AR’s and hit a gong at 100 yards.

I was just chatting with a reader while working on the site and he was expressing frustration with the Progressive line of thinking. We were comparing a cake store being forced to cater a gay couples wedding and the right of a department store to refuse entry to anyone carrying a firearm.
I provided my opinion that the Progressive left doesn’t care about what is right or Constitutional rather it is about power, control, and votes. Progressives are going after gay votes and due to this their right to get service rides above a cake stores right to refuse service. The Progressives care only about what furthers their agenda. They will gladly accept a sign that prevents people from carrying a firearm in a mall but take action against a football coach who wants to say a prayer before a game.
I have little hope or faith that this country can be saved without some horrible events transpiring.
