I've been mostly using a MILD and DILD technique, but have had little success with actual lucidity, so tonight I'm going to start trying WILDs! I've come close to them when I've tried before, but I've usually freaked out!
This time, I plan to remain calm, visualise, and try to guide any hypnagogic hallucinations I might experience, but I know that sleep paralysis and scariness won't necessarily happen, and I tell myself that I can likely remove myself from anything if I feel too uncomfortable.
Does anyone have any good advice for a beginning WILDer?
