Need help with waking up with deild. I use auto suggestions because alarms always make me move. When I do wake up I am always to tired and end up moving. Also I fall to sleep so quick without thinking of deild. Any suggestions like waking up earlier/later. Also tell me if I should use fild in times like the ones above. Please reply ASAP because I REALLY want to have a LD.
