Hello, I've been attempting the MILD technique every night before I go to sleep and after a WBTB, for about 15 to 20 minutes visualising a lucid dream and then repeating my mantra. But I find that this tends to keep me awake. I know my last thought before I go to sleep should be about lucid dreaming but I tend to stay awake as I think about this, and I eventually end up going to sleep normally. Any tips?
