In the book "Exploring The World of Lucid Dreaming" by Stephen LaBerge, he lists a technique for using dream signs to become lucid; it as follows.
CATALOGING YOUR DREAMSIGNS
What I'm confused with the fifth step which says "Make a habit of examining your daily life for events that fit under your dreamsign category. For instance, if your target category us action, study how you, othr people, animals, objects and machines move and act. Become thoroughly familiar with the way things are in waking life."
I'm confused with that because my target category is 'context' and I really don't know how to study context, or even know what that means.
