I use a technique I call SSCR to induce 4 lucid dreams a night.
SSCR contains techniques made by the best lucid dream scientists These are Stephen LaBerge and Thomas Yuschak Stephen LaBerge wrote 'Exploring the World of Lucid Dreaming' Thomas Yuschak wrote 'Advanced Lucid Dreaming' Both SSILD and SSCR are hybrid methods (HILD) These methods have been recently developed, and are extremely effective. What are hybrid methods? They combine up to five or six different techniques (DILD, WILD, MILD, WBTB, DCT) I use HILD to induce lucid dreams at will SSCR stands for Six Stage Combined Relaxation There are six stages of SSCR: 1- MILD (developed by Stephen LaBerge) 2- Rhythmic Breathing 3- 61-Point Relaxation 4- Tactile Visualizations (used by Thomas Yuschak) 5- Seeded Visualizations 6- Submission This is a 'complicated' technique to learn, since there are so many steps. When I do SSCR, my mind doesn't drift as much as with SSILD. By Noah Germain 4 days ago
Six Stage Combined Relaxation Technique
Used for: Inducing WILDs, OBEs, DILDs and DEILDs
Stage 1- Mnemonic Induction of Lucid Dreams MILD is based on prospective memory (remembering to do a future task) 1- Choose a dream you have previously recorded to use for the MILD technique 2- Lie on your back, use Autosuggestion, then visualize yourself back in the dream. 3- imagine yourself becoming lucid, doing a reality check, and saying 'I am dreaming!' 4- Imagine yourself taking control of the dream 5- Repeat steps 2 through 4 until you feel alert enough to move to WILD methods Stage 2- Rhythmic Breathing Gradually direct your attention to your breathing. Divide your breathing into intervals, by saying mentally Breathe In...2...3...4 Out...2...3....4 Do this in sets of 4, until you feel relaxed by Noah Germain 4 days ago
Stage 3- 61-Point Relaxation Focus on each of the sixty-one points of the body You must memorize the diagram in this link: The 61 Point relaxation Technique - Lucid Dreaming - Dream Views Stage 4- Tactile Visualizations Tactile visualization means focusing solely on sense of touch (like in SSILD). The difference is you are preparing for an Out of Body Experience (a dream, of course) 1- 'Feel yourself' floating above your bed in a higher position. Imagine that your legs are rising. 2- Feel yourself floating back down, and your legs pointing downwards When you are in sleep paralysis, you will repeat this step to enter a lucid dream. Stage 5- Seeded Visualizations These are a mixture of active and passive Visualizations At this point, it is CRUCIAL to switch from your back to your most comfortable sleeping position. 1- turn over to your most comfortable position 2- create a visual image of anything which comes to your mind (5 seconds) This could be random (for example, a car) 3- watch this image passively, and allow it to take on a life of its own (5 seconds) For example, the car might suddenly move, or change shape Stage 6- Submission You are now ready to fall asleep. You might experience tingling sensations. If you did the technique right, you will feel great relaxation Now, you will look for hypnagogic imagery. 1- assess your alertness. If you feel you are alert enough, you can skip the following steps, and quickly enter sleep paralysis. 2- imagine an invisible black square in the top right corner of your vision 3- Focus on this square for five seconds, looking for hypnagogic images 4- completely relax and submit for five seconds 5- repeat steps 1 to 4 until you see hypnagogic images, or enter sleep paralysis by Noah Germain 4 days ago
I suggest everyone looks up SSCR lucid dreaming on the web. I have my own video describing the technique.
