Hello DV, i've been thinking on a improve for my visualization skill.
I had a dream where i was at my house on the kitchen doing reality checks (Didn't got lucid)
what i am trying to do now is. Every night, i go to the kitchen and try to be aware as possible
so i can visualize what i could feel when i was there before
Is this a good idea?
