Hello everyone! -Sorry for the long post, just so happy I've finally found my miracle technique for (so far) lucid dreams every night-
I just can't not share this with everyone because I'm ecstatic!
I've been trying to LD really for about 2 months if not more..
Done loads of research of Dreams/Lucid Dreaming/Sleep in general..
I spoke to the best people out there for advice, I really gave it my all..
Nothing came of it really, sadly, and I didn't have much time in the day to practice as I've just been so busy, I kind of gave up on it (for now).
BUT then suddenly, 4 nights ago, I had a vague lucid dream, I just recall knowing I was dreaming and observing the dream environment, it wasn't anything to shout about to anyone else, but it was something great to me, because it was a start to me finally being able to lucid dream! It was just SOMETHING in the right direction which is all I wanted...
Then, the next night, AGAIN, I had a LD, a DILD, and it was a bit longer, and a bit more happened in it, both were low awareness so I didn't really do much, nothing god-like, nothing too special, was just enjoying the dreamscape and trying a few weird things.
I didn't know why this happened until my girlfriend pointed out a pattern..
Both times I went to bed at 2am-3am (normal for me), woke up at 6:20am (still normal), BUT I went back to bed both these nights at about 10am, for an hour...
The next day I thought maybe this would be a good time to WILD, being so tired and if I'm DILDing, maybe it'll go well, it didn't..
I just can't relax atm with a WILD, constantly worrying it's not gonna work and how much time I have left to do it heh.. so was a little bit dissapointed..
ANYWAY, then the next day, I tried the exact same as the first 2 times, went to bed again at 10am, this time for 20mins, and WOW I had like 3 lucid dreams, in odd segments..
I was at school (left now) and people were crying, there were bombing going on (classic dream for me) but for ONCE I was like "this has to be a dream", so i tried to really open my eyes, forcing them open, and it worked.. I woke up, but in my dream, I was just somewhere else on holiday with my GF, then I went back to bed (in my dream) and tried to get another lucid, and I did... I woke up where I was on holiday, knowing I was lucid, and just slid around the sand on my belly like a penguin! Loads of fun!
Anyway... THAT'S IT for me.. my miracle technique, no effort, nothing to it, just careful timing, and all 3 times it's worked wonders, I must hit REM really early because my recall was LOADS better after just 20mins nap, and I know it took me at least 5mins to fall asleep, so for all that really happened to have just been 15mins, I find shocking, this was a long dream for me!
I'll just point out, I never lucid dream, so this is amazing, and not a coincidence!
Can't thank my girlfriend enough, if she hadn't of noticed the pattern, I never would've found out.
Mind = blown!
:D
