Stress is one of the main factors that affect lucidity, no doubt. Nowadays I´m stressed out so I would appreciate if you share some activities that help you to beat stress. My favourites are:
1. Be productive during the day (learn something, accomlish my goal, do things devoutly)
2. Hot shower
3. A massage
4. Go to the coutryside (forest, mushrooms, rabbits etc...)
5. Sex
6. Delicious food (cooking and eating)
7. Jogging
8. A bit of alcohol
9. Play with my pet
10. Play an instrument
