Last night i was making a zombie gaming montage which took about an hour....then ofcourse later that night zombies were in my dreams.
Im wondering how much does the last thing you watch before sleep effect your sleep? Maybe i should read and watch lucid dream videos before sleep instead of in the day? Thanx
