Most of the time when I become lucid I realize I'm laying in bed with my eyes shut and do a reality check of breathing through my plugged nose. After discovering I am lucid I try to open my dream eyes but I almost always open my real eyes... this stops my dream normally. I can't seam to open my dream eyes with out opening my real eyes. Any suggestions? I've friend just letting the dream form but I often feel pulled back into my bed with out any images to keep my focus on the dream world.
