I haven't tried lucid dreaming in quiet a while just relying on d.i.l.ds but without any practise which of Course doesn't go too well.
Afternoon time today I meditated whilst bieng tired and of Course outcomes the hypnotic imagery.I blocked it out because I wanted to meditate.I then decided to lay on my bed...read abit about lucid dreaming and then decided to meditate again to the point where I got hypnotic imagery. When I felt close enough I may down and went to sleep....I then became lucid quiet quickly in my dream.
My question is....does falling to sleep quick mean that you have more awareness when entering a dream? I didn't bother trying to wild I just went to sleep.....thanks =D I'll let people know if it happens again
