I am never tired enough when trying a WILD, no matter how many hours i sleep for. So i had this idea. If i don´t go to bed at all and attept a WILD around 4:30 or 06:00 i might fall asleep faster and maybe go into REM sleep instantly. I tried something similar a year ago by accident and it worked. Have anyone here tried something like this?
