I've gotten into lucid dreaming for a long time, and rarely did i put much effort to get lucid dreams. I skipped over the dream journal practice and just did RCs most of the time.
The result is me having a very low amount of experience in dream control and low number of lucid dreams.
I want to get serious. I need to overcome this weak ability.
1. Should i have a dream journal? if so, is it enough to write tags in it instead of full details about the dream?
2. Consider me a beginner, what technique should i do for now? and should i stick with it for months?
3. Does sleep positions actually matter?
I'm looking forward to the path of lucid dreams, and the only things that bother me are these concerns. So please provide advice.
