Hi everybody after a long time without Lucid dream, I decided to try Meditation + MILD Challenge for 8 weeks.
So every day,
-I will meditated for 15 minutes
-I will MILD before I sleep
-Wake up at 4:00a.m and do MILD and go back to sleep
So I will update you with the results.
