Lucid Dreaming | The only method that works for me to have LDs every night (after 10 years of trying EVERYTHING)

I tried everything. Including tons of supplements and methods. Nothing came close to the method I'm going to share now which I discovered partly by luck. It's the only way I found after 10 years of trying everyday, to have long stable Lucid Dreams every night.

Pros: No WBTB or sleep manipulations, no supps, no equipment (only a dream journal, but can be done even without that).
Cons: Takes 1-2 hours of practice a day.

The method (3 part):

Part 1 (this is the part that makes you know you are dreaming):

Recall your dreams. But for 45 minutes at least. Fill many pages each morning (If you write it down). At first it can be challenging to recall anything, but don't stop trying for at least 15 minutes and write any detail that comes to mind including feeling or the atmosphere felt. Be stubborn. Eventually you will work it up to recalling amazing amounts of detail each morning. You want to be writing down your dreams for 45 - 60 minutes, as I said, filling pages upon pages.

The result of this practice is very interesting - You will find out, as you recall dreams, that you do things in your dreams that can only mean you know it's a dream. For example doing dangerous things without being to scared. You will find out that you are already lucid dreaming a lot! But there is no intent or pre planning to your dreams nor is the dreams regularly stable and long. This is the purpose of Part 2 and 3.

Part 2 (this part makes the dreams long, intense and stable):

Waking Lucidity. Go on 45 - 60 minutes walks (I guess it can be also done without walking) and while you walk and look around, watch your thoughts. Each thought is like a little dream. You "fall asleep" into a thought but then you get lucid as you identify it as a thought. This is what some people call Meditation, or "stopping the internal dialogue". It involves deliberate practice of being aware of your thoughts, moods, feelings etc. The interesting thing is that this hour of focus reflects in your dreams as spectacular lucidity, stableness (like one hour long stable lucid dreams). But there's still one thing missing - Intent. Part 3 covers that.

Part 3 (This part will bring purpose to your LDs):

This is the easiest part. You need to have a plan for when you get lucid. It could be flying, or looking at your hands like in Castaneda's teachings. Have a mission and remember that mission. Remind yourself several times a day what your mission is for when you have an LD. When you wake up and start recalling your dreams always ask yourself: "Did I fly (or whatever your mission is)?

That's it. Have fun LDing like crazy. And BTW, when you do follow this method, there is no point in the dream when you suddenly understand it's a dream, but rather it's just totally obvious to you that it's a dream. No need to even reality check, though it doesn't hurt to do so before you jump off a cliff xD.
