Lucid Dreaming | What does this mean within obe4u statistics / also how to I do the technique while skipping steps

I wanted to know what anyone (or someone) thinks this means in obe4u statistics

For 1-5 attempts (1-3 days) - 50%

For 6-10 attempts (2-7 days) - 80%

For 11-20 attempts (3-14 days) - 90%

Also on the website it says I can skip steps.

Can anyone help me with how to do it while skipping steps?
