Lucid Dreaming | WHAT kind of LUCID is this????

Hey guys!



Last nite, i had a very long lucid...but i have no idea what kind it was....

I went to bed....slept for 4 hours....woke up.....



I remember dreaming I gave one of my co-workers a "mash potato sandwich"......thats all i could remember...

SO...



gave myself a mantra according to what i last remembered dreaming....

then visualized myself becoming lucid while giving him the sandwich



went to the bathroom, smoked a cigarette....got back in bed....

tried the MILD method....but it was keeping me awake.....so i said screw it...

relaxed myself.......finally went to sleep.....



i dont know what point i finally fell asleep, but i didnt have the same dream....i never saw my co-worker, no sandwich...nothing.

i went straight into a LUCID DREAM.......



what do you call this??? i didnt WILD, no SSILD, no DILD, DEILD, and my MILD attempt was aborted.....



so what do you call this when you go to sleep str8 in to a lucid dream?

Lucid Dreaming | Does anybody have a technique for micro lucid dreams?

A micro ld is where you slip into an ld very quickly from a sleepy state. The ld will orobably be an FA, then you wake up and slip into it again very easily. This looks like a form of deild. Does anybody do this? If so what are your techniques? I think getting used to dream entry is one of the biggest foundations for dream control.

Lucid Dreaming | Can you preform ssild extrasizes in a chair when you wake up

If you could do the steps in a chair, it would make them go by faster, also it would also prevent you from falling asleep. Question is... Will it still work?
